The Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
At your first visit we will explore past treatments, medications (incl: vitamins, herbals & over the counter), medical & developmental histories, education & work histories, social & family life as well as the current symptoms and issues concerning the patient & his/her loved ones.
Medication Management
This is a 20-30 minute Individual Therapy Session with Medication Evaluation & Management for Established Patients.
Medical Marijuana Certification Initial $150 Renewal $100
Provides certification of qualification for Medical Marijuana Card in the State of New York. Teleconference available.
